The idea for Hatched Chicken was born from a lifelong love for perfectly cooked chicken: crispy fried, smoky barbequed, and packed with flavour. Inspired by childhood meals centred around comfort food and legendary chicken experiences from travels around the world, we set out to create a family-friendly place where every dish is crafted with care and every visit feels like a special occasion. 

With the expertise of multi-award-winning chef Jed Gerrard and the hospitality leadership of Michael Tripp, we’ve built a menu that balances indulgence with freshness, and tradition with innovation.
